Theres nothing quite like homemade pasta. This simple recipe will have you making restaurant-quality pasta in your own kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mound the flour on a clean surface and make a well in the center
  2. Crack the eggs into the well and add oil and salt
  3. Gradually incorporate the flour into the eggs
  4. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic
  5. Rest the dough for 30 minutes
  6. Roll out and cut into desired shapes
