Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mound the flour on a clean surface and make a well in the center
- Crack the eggs into the well and add oil and salt
- Gradually incorporate the flour into the eggs
- Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic
- Rest the dough for 30 minutes
- Roll out and cut into desired shapes
